There is a debate on Delhi High Court judgement that said making gay sex among consenting adults a criminal offence violated fundamental rights. There are many people from different religions opposing this and there many people who think themselves they are modern, their thought process is based on evidence (substance) welcomed it. If people do whatever they want to do in their private places, nobody has any problem. But, if it is made Legal, it is actually giving message to others whoever wants to try. When we know that it is unnatural sex, why should it be allowed?

Hey, wake up, In India its there for centuries and actively now also, just legalizing gives the way to have social authority, if any individual wish to.
