Why Employees Leave Organizations

It seems people leave organizations for better pay or profile, but bigger effect could be Managers or in other words, work environment created by them. Its very strange that people look for better package once they make their mind to move on instead of looking for better place to work. Pay can be compared much easier than work place etc.

Different things motivate different people at different point of time. It always difficult to judge/gauge prospective workplace. Everything and Everybody is rosy on day one.

Exactly, its just my understanding or my opinion.
